Over the summer, we had a baby boom at church, and a friend asked if I could paint some wooden letters to hang in her future son's nursery. I tentatively agreed, and we went searching for the right paint color to match the "vintage sports" theme they already had going. I came home, sketched the general shapes on the wooden letters, and painted with acrylics. This is the end result! I do not consider myself a painter, so, thankfully, she loved them. Soon after posting this pic on FB, another friend asked if I could paint a Texas Rangers theme on their letters. I always find it funny that I make things for a living, and that my main hobby is crafting.
